If you own a piece of Mayan Riviera real estate, you should defenitely put Xpu-Ha in your list of beaches to discover. Powdery sand dancing with the rays of sun, as warm water slowly laps up the shore. Xpu Ha is a calm, relaxed haven settled in the heart of the Riviera Maya. Popular with kite boarders and paddle boarders its wide expanse of beach is big enough to accommodate them, whilst still have space for yourself.

It’s a great place if you are looking for water activities, not only is there a kite boarding school, but the nearby reef provides hours of enjoyment. Xpu Ha is also a great option is if you are looking for some solo time to spend with a book or meditating, the beach is so big that it’s easy to find a calm spot away from all the activity.

Xpu Ha is easily accessible even without a car from most of the Riviera Maya and Tulum real estate options; the colectivo drops you off right in front of the main entrance. Just remember to take water, sunblock and a smile!
