This week we are so excited to share a new project with you that we just visited, Kaoba. We spent some time exploring the lot and discussing more in depth the vision and design with the developer and we knew immediately that this was going to be a project we had to share with our clients and friends.

So what makes Kaoba so special?

1. The Location.

Tankah Bay is the most exclusive, oceanfront suburb of Tulum, a 10-minute drive to downtown. With the Meso American Reef just in front of the bay, you have protection from the wind and the weather, an important thing to have when you have an oceanfront property. Life in Kaoba and Tankah Bay means you have a live aquarium just a few meters from your doorstep.

2. The Exclusivity

11 units in a lot of 1450 square meters, with 28 linear meters of beachfront real estate. Spacious units of 1,2, and 3 bedrooms, with penthouses with HUGE private rooftops, sizes range from 75 – 301 square meters. Imagine yourself enjoying your penthouse at Kaoba, with ocean views and a private rooftop of over 108 square meters.

3. The Views

The layout and design of these condos gives you full ocean views from the living spaces and the primary bedroom. Not only do you have ocean views, but you have views of the mangroves. Sunrise ocean views and sunset jungle views, could life get much better?!

4. Amenities

Kaoba really took into account their surroundings, the beach, the mangroves, and the plant life, when they were designing this project. The common area rooftop with gym, yoga area, infinity pool, grill, and lounge area faces the mangroves, a sea of green to enjoy while relaxing.

There is a second pool on the ground floor with a unique shape, similar to a cenote. This pool is surrounded by natural vegetation that has been thriving and growing for the last 30 years. The developer took special consideration when building the pool to not disturb these plants, to design and build the pool around the vegetation instead of removing it. These plants also have roots that protect the sand dunes and help with erosion.

Within one day of our visit, one of the 11 units had been snatched up and reserved. Without a doubt, this project is going to sell out fast, because of the location, the exclusivity, the views, and the amenities.
