I contacted Andrea Burgos of Moskito real estate over three years ago. I was new to Mexican real estate and Andrea was amazing. We had several meetings and she was aware of my needs, wants and time frames. She was so patient and during this period she and her husband Alejandro and I have become amazing friends. Andrea connected me to an excellent lawyer in playa del Carmen and found the exact property type I was looking for with a very established and reputable builder , and within the time frame that worked for me . Andrea and Moskito have a lot of influence in this region which proved very valuable.  I travel to playa often and they always ensure that we have time to have dinner and tour my pre-construction purchase . My property will close in a few months and I can not convey enough how amazing Andrea and Moskito was. I am so happy with the choice and investment I made that Andrea and I are already considering a second investment opportunity. She was amazing and patient and negotiated very effectively for me. They made the entire experience effective, efficient, professional and a lot of fun. I am so happy I trusted her and her husband but most of all the extremely amazing friendship that has been formed.  She was the best choice I could have made for my real estate investments. We were so lucky to have contacted Gabriela Gonzalez Cano at Moskito. Gabriela is such a delightful and caring person,  as well as being a knowledgeable expert in real estate. After we arrived, Gaby picked us up and helped us find a great condo including helping us with the contract and explaining it(as our Spanish is limited). She began searching for homes for us and when we found our dream home she began working immediately to secure the best deal for us. She arranged for the legal team and walked us through every step of the purchase. We were able to trust that Gaby had our best interests and was watching out for us.
