We were looking for a condo in Riviera Maya. By chance we met Gabriela Gonzalez from Moskito. Within 10 days, we bought a magnificent condo in a secure environment and close to the beach. Gaby has greatly helped us during the whole process. She provided us with the information we needed to make an informed decision. Very professional and honest, she always puts client’s interests first. Excellent local expertise with a firm knowledge of real estate contracts, she was able to negotiate an excellent price for us despite currency fluctuations. We highly recommend Gaby, specifically when you don’t know the real estate market in Riveria Maya.
Our experience with Alejandro was fantastic! We went into our initial call with a dream, but when we arrived in PdC, he had roughly 8-10 places for us to see over 2 days. Based on that, our dream is now a reality! We own a condo 1000 feet from the Caribbean Sea, that we paid an extremely fair price for, and have never had a regret! Alejandro was great at showing us a multitude of places in our range but he also had two extras: one that made us understand what it costs to be between 5th Ave and the sea, and one that was above our price line that showed us what it costs to see the sea from your patio. It was those two showings that led us to finalize our decision. Not only will we use Alejandro and Moskito when we upgrade condos in a few years, but we consider him our friend!
I had the best experience working with Pilar. She was so friendly, understanding, a great communicator and all around wonderful to work with! This was my first home purchase and she walked me through the whole process step by step. The title company she recommended was equally as great to work with. She explained everything as it happened, and went above and beyond to help me. I’m so grateful for her and the whole team at Miskito! I love my new home!

Buying a property in my country (USA) is stressful and nerve racking so when we were buying a condo in Playa de Carmen it was even more stressful and nerve racking BUT Pilar with Moskito Realty made the transaction ABSOLUTELY seem less. Pilar answered all my questions in a timely manner via phone or email, she explained every step with a lot of patience and she made sure all other parties did there job. We had been looking for over a year for a home to buy in Playa del Carmen and had just about given up. Our main challenges? Location and financing. We wanted something in a family-friendly community, close to the ocean, quiet, safe and charming. The financing options we´d found on our own were not attractive, and we thought we´d be stuck renting for another few years.

Along with many joining the ranks of retirement, and looking forward to enjoying life away from the hustle and bustle of modern life, I began to nurture the idea of acquiring property in Mexico. In doing so, I had the good fortune to establish contact with Mr. Diego Garcia at Moskito Real Estate.
A long time dream of retiring to a place near the ocean, with year-around warm weather, tropical foliage and flowers, and best of all, good people, has become a reality, thanks to the assistance of Moskito Real Estate. My lady-friend and I took a trip to Riviera Maya with the sole purpose of looking at property and obtain further information regarding the process and requirements for purchasing one. We had an appointment with Diego Garcia to visit several locations, and as luck would have it, found a place we both liked, and decided to make it our own.
All of us have experienced, at one time or another, concerns that surface when dealing with a company you don?t know. Those concerns began to disappear very rapidly, thanks to the attention and dedication of Diego Garcia and Roger Vales. These gentlemen put us in contact with the right people, an attorney, developer, architect, etc. to carry out our plan.
Back in the U. S. A., our communications with Diego and Roger grew considerably, and again, our questions and requests for advice were immediately addressed, providing us with a sense of security and trust.
Between that time and the present, we?ve taken several trips to the area to assess the progress and to become familiar with the area. Diego and/or Roger were available each time as escorts to the site, to answer any questions and provide all the information we required.
Almost a year later, we will be moving to a new place, both of us very exited and impatient to be there.
