Simply the best. Trustworthy and knowledgeable. We are US citizens and Andrea made this foreign transaction a breeze. Would highly recommend her!

Andrea Burgos at Moskito Real Estate was super professional and helpful when my husband and I were considering moving to Mexico. Andrea listened to our needs as a family of four and we ended up purchasing our house with her help. She understands what expat families are looking for and was our advocate every step of the way. I am grateful we met her!

I highly recommend using Andrea with Moskito Real Estate if you want the experience of having a very competent realtor, fantastic local resource, and a true friend!
Andrea explained everything well to us and was patient during our search for the perfect home and equally patient with all of our questions.
Andrea has been more than a realtor for us, she has gone above and beyond to keep us updated and informed about our property. We contacted Moskito to get a realtor and we ended up with a friend! Thank you Andrea, we can’t say enough good things about you.

When we decided to buy in Tulum, we were so lucky to connect with Andrea Burgos, who has been THE BEST! I found out about Moskito by renting through them over the years and was impressed with their professionalism. Having bought and sold houses in the US and worked with realtors in other countries, I can say confidently that Andrea Burgos will exceed all your expectations the way she exceeded ours. I know we would not be in our beautiful home at this point without her constant support and assistance; In addition to Andrea’s expertise as a Realtor, she truly understands the spirit of the Community where we found our home!
Andrea has also been an invaluable source of referrals, which made buying and decorating in a foreign language so much easier. We are beyond grateful for Andrea Burgos’s knowledge and friendship!

I contacted Andrea Burgos of Moskito real estate over three years ago. I was new to Mexican real estate and Andrea was amazing. We had several meetings and she was aware of my needs, wants and time frames. She was so patient and during this period she and her husband Alejandro and I have become amazing friends. Andrea connected me to an excellent lawyer in playa del Carmen and found the exact property type I was looking for with a very established and reputable builder , and within the time frame that worked for me . Andrea and Moskito have a lot of influence in this region which proved very valuable. I travel to playa often and they always ensure that we have time to have dinner and tour my pre-construction purchase . My property will close in a few months and I can not convey enough how amazing Andrea and Moskito was. I am so happy with the choice and investment I made that Andrea and I are already considering a second investment opportunity. She was amazing and patient and negotiated very effectively for me. They made the entire experience effective, efficient, professional and a lot of fun. I am so happy I trusted her and her husband but most of all the extremely amazing friendship that has been formed. She was the best choice I could have made for my real estate investments. To this day she still reaches out just to say hello and stay connected as very warm friends . She has your best interests in mind and takes great pride in doing the best job for you.

We were so lucky to have contacted Gabriela Gonzalez Cano at Moskito. Gabriela is such a delightful and caring person, as well as being a knowledgeable expert in real estate. After we arrived, Gaby picked us up and helped us find a great condo including helping us with the contract and explaining it(as our Spanish is limited). She began searching for homes for us and when we found our dream home she began working immediately to secure the best deal for us. She arranged for the legal team and walked us through every step of the purchase. We were able to trust that Gaby had our best interests and was watching out for us. Buyng a home in Mexico has been a painless experience due to her expertise and going above and beyond at every step. Gaby has been our Guardian Angel!!

Irina, our agent, was great. Spent 2 days with us in Playa and Tulum and still helping us through the process until delivery.
